When all hope is lost and no one to look up, God sends his last minutes rescue through his angels. But God does not use spirits. He uses human beings to translate his work in a physical world. One of such woman is Mrs. Augustina Ibekwe, the Founder and President of EMPOWER WOMEN CHILDREN & DISABLED PERSONS INITIATIVE (EWOCDI) a duly registered non – governmental organization (NGO).
